The health measures are simple but as you said, they are only barriers so limiting and not blocking. To see it in the hospital, many people do not apply them, so there are no surprises that it continues. Anyway, we want to see a semblance of a championship anyway, but I can't imagine returning to normal without vaccination or attenuating the virus.

The human race is currently at jeopardy from COVID-19. The only way to ensure planetary proliferation is to do nothing. Respect the barrier motions; they are just serving to restrict the spread. I'm eager to observe how wearing a mask affects winter epidemics in the spring of 2019.

I'm not sure if it's cynicism or a lack of humanity on the one hand, and I'm not sure where you obtained these numbers on the other, but what I do know is that I will not continue this argument. You have an opinion that I value, but it is so near to being excessive that I don't want it to go that far.
